I took it one time. I am just too sensitive to the yohimbe in it. I gave the rest of the bottle to a roommate who can better handle stimulants. The stuff work great and is very stimulating.

This weight loss supplement seems to work well and the pills are easy to take. The serving size is 3 pills but I recommend taking the suggested serving size. I recommend this product for the price.
